Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill online merchandise orders using Shopify
- Learn proper packaging and shipping techniques to ensure items arrive safely
- Prepare shipping labels and organize outgoing orders
- Deliver completed packages to the USPS location at Utica Square
Training Provided:
- Shopify order management and fulfillment
- Packaging best practices
- Shipping procedures and postal drop-off process
Ideal Volunteer:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable learning basic computer tasks
- Dependable and able to work independently after training
- Able to lift and carry small to medium-sized packages
This is a great opportunity to support The Church Studio's mission while gaining experience with e-commerce, inventory management, and shipping operations.
Time Commitment: Saturdays (hours can be discussed based on volunteer availability)
