Below is the event itinerary:
Volunteer Arrival: 5:30 PM
Doors Open: 6:00 PM
Showcase Starts: 7:00 PM
Showcase Ends: 8:00 PM
Breakdown/Cleanup: 8:00–9:00 PM
We will need help with the following areas:
Stationed Docents
Ushers
Greeter
Merchandise
Hospitality
Please note that duties are subject to change as needed throughout the evening. We will also need assistance with chair breakdown and general cleanup after the showcase.
