We’re expecting around 120 guests, so it will be a fun and full evening.
Wednesday, February 25
Volunteer Arrival: 5:00 PM
Doors Open: 5:30 PM
Drinks & Mingling: 5:30–6:30 PM
Show: 6:30–8:30 PM
Cleanup: 8:30–9:30 PM
We’ll need help with greeting and check-in, hospitality, ushers, merchandise, bar support, and post-show cleanup to keep everything running smoothly.
