Volunteer Invitation: Morgan Stanley Private Magnolia Meadows Event

The Church Studio – Magnolia Meadows & Main Studio
We’re excited to welcome Morgan Stanley’s private event to The Church Studio! Guests will enjoy an evening of live music, cocktails, and fine food under a beautiful tent in Magnolia Meadows.
The studio will remain open throughout the evening for tours, merchandise, memberships, cocktails, and restrooms.
We’ll mainly need volunteers inside The Church Studio, with possibly a couple assisting outside in the tent area.
Orr will be providing servers to handle setup and cleanup, but The Church Studio team will oversee all alcohol service.
Volunteer Needs:

2 volunteers with liquor licenses to assist with pouring champagne for the toast in the tent

2–3 docents for tours and guest hospitality inside the studio

1–2 volunteers to assist with merchandise and memberships

1 floater for general support and guest assistance

Guest arrivals, cocktail hour, and appetizers

Live music by Grass Crack through out the venue (band members split up)

Charcuterie boards and open bar inside

Docent-led tours of The Church Studio

By popular demand! Sanford will share Hasty Bake techniques and his famous beef tenderloin recipe
