Volunteer Invite for Event Rental – 77th Birthday Party
We need a few helping hands for a 77th Birthday Celebration at The Church Studio!
Tuesday, September 9
5:00 – 9:00 PM
About 50 guests
Schedule:

5:00 PM – Setup (tables, chairs, decorations, etc.)

6:00 – 7:00 PM – Eating & Mingling (hospitality, light assistance as needed)

7:30 – 8:00 PM – Special Recording Performance with Rich Wheeler (singing & playing)
Volunteers will help with tours, hospitality, cleanup, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
-This will be a warm and intimate evening, and your support will make it extra special!
