Set up 4pm-5pm
Volunteers arrive between 5pm-5:30pm
70 Dinner Party guests arrive at 6pm for the rehearsal dinner in the Live Room.
30-40 Guests arrive for the afterparty at 8pm
Cleanup is 10pm-11pm
