Carney Fest — Merchandise Team
Roles Needed Per Shift
• 3 Merchandise Assistants – Help guests find sizes, grab shirts/items, restock displays, and answer basic questions
• 1 Register Lead – Handle purchases, POS system, and cash/card transactions
• 1 Runner/Floater – Assist with restocking, supply runs, and coverage during breaks
Responsibilities
• Set up merch tables, displays, signage, and inventory (morning shift)
• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service
• Assist guests with sizing and product questions
• Keep merch area organized and stocked throughout the event
• Process sales accurately and efficiently
• Communicate low inventory needs to the merch lead
• Break down merch area, pack inventory, and assist with cleanup (afternoon shift)
Shift Times (5 volunteers per shift):
• Morning: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (includes setup)
All merchandise will be located outside and will include both The Church Studio merch and Carney Fest merch.
