Front Desk Host / Greeter

Position Summary
The Front Desk Host/Greeter is the first point of contact for all guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, managing guest sign-in, offering refreshments, and taking coats/jackets if needed. The Host/Greeter is also trained and certified to confidently discuss and sell memberships, helping guests feel informed and excited about joining our community.

Duties include:

Watering plants and flower beds every day in the Summer (Especially the black pots in courtyard) 

Laying mulch and maintaining garden beds

Picking up trash and keeping the property clean

Caring for outdoor plants and landscaping

Assisting with seasonal tasks and other miscellaneous outdoor duties as needed

No gardening experience is required—just a love for the outdoors and a willingness to help! Your time and effort directly support the studio’s mission to educate, inspire, and welcome guests with pride in our historic space.
